Cancellation policy
Standard Rate
If canceled up to 5 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Non Refundable Rate
The reservation amount will be charged on your credit card or we will inform you about payment options. The payment is not refundable.
Children policy
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds (refers to private double rooms).
Groups Policy
When booking 9 beds or more, other pre-agreed policies may be applied.
Smoking Policy
A designated smoking area is located on the 7th floor and on the balconies for your convenience. Тhe usage of shisha, cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes is prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas.
